Clean Inc. - Terms & Conditions of Service
Thank you for choosing Clean Inc. We are committed to delivering exceptional detailing results for your cherished vehicle. To ensure the highest quality service and a smooth process for both parties, please review the following terms and conditions which govern our engagement:

Appointment Confirmation: Clean Inc. will contact you via your preferred method (e.g., message, email) the day or weekend prior to your scheduled appointment to confirm the booking details.

Vehicle Preparation (Client Responsibility): Prior to our arrival or your vehicle drop-off, please ensure the vehicle's interior is reasonably clear of large personal items. Child seats should be either removed or unfastened. Clean Inc. cannot be responsible for the removal, refitting, or storage of personal items or child seats.

Boot/Luggage Area Cleaning: If the vehicle's boot or luggage compartment is more than approximately 60% full upon commencement of the service, it will be assumed that cleaning of this area is not required unless specifically requested and agreed upon beforehand.

Scope of Work & Additional Time: The service provided will encompass the tasks explicitly included in the booked package. Should additional work outside the original scope be requested or required (e.g., due to excessive soiling beyond reasonable expectations), this may be subject to an additional fee of £30.00 for the initial extra time, and £30.00 per hour (or part thereof) subsequently. Any potential extra charges will be discussed and agreed upon before the additional work commences whenever feasible.

Service Standards & Rectification: Clean Inc. is dedicated to fulfilling all aspects of the agreed-upon service to your complete satisfaction. In the unlikely event that our standards are not met in a specific area, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will rectify the issue at no additional charge (FOC) at the earliest mutually convenient time.

Vehicle Limit: The booking confirmation pertains only to the specific vehicle(s) agreed upon. Any additional vehicles requiring service must be booked separately for a future date, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with Clean Inc. prior to the appointment day, subject to time availability and potential additional charges.

New Clients - Initial Service: For vehicles new to Clean Inc., our minimum required service is typically the 'Clean Inc. Deep Clean Detail' package, unless an alternative initial service level has been explicitly discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. This ensures a baseline standard from which further services can be effectively applied.

Payment Terms: Payment for the completed service is due within seven (7) calendar days from the date of service completion. An invoice will be provided detailing the services rendered and the total amount due.

Care & Liability: We exercise the utmost care and professionalism when working on your vehicle. However, in the unforeseen event that damage should occur as a direct result of our service procedures, Clean Inc. will take responsibility for rectifying such damage. Pre-existing damage should be highlighted by the client prior to service commencement.

Service Add-Ons: Any requests for additional services or 'add-ons' to your booked package MUST be communicated to Clean Inc. before the appointment date. This allows us to allocate appropriate time and ensure necessary specialized equipment or products are available.

Access Requirements (Mobile Service): For mobile detailing services, the client must ensure access to a suitable external electricity socket and an external water tap, both located within a 30-meter radius of the vehicle's location for the duration of the service. Safe and sufficient space to work around the vehicle is also required.

Media Consent: By booking a service with Clean Inc., you grant permission for us to take photographs and/or videos of your vehicle (before, during, and after the detailing process) for use on our social media channels and website for promotional and portfolio purposes. Identifying features such as number plates will always be obscured, and specific locations will not be disclosed. If you do not wish for images of your vehicle to be used, please inform us in writing prior to your appointment.
